• Change your login security questions and/or personal image
• For your protection, we require you to select security questions and a personal image for your Members 1st Online account.
• Change your account preferences
• Choose the amount of time you prefer your Members 1st Online session to remain active before you are automatically logged off. Choose from 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes.

A Members 1st Online Password is required.

Important Information Regarding Members 1st Online Passwords

For security purposes and to protect your identity, you may not set up a Members 1st Online password over the phone. We must have a paper application on file that contains your original signature for verification purposes. Electronic Services Applications may be obtained through TeleBranch or by visiting any branch location.
