Automated Payments (ACH)TOP OF PAGE
You set up your automatic payments directly with your utility companies and other merchants and we’ll make sure your payments get to where they needs to be.
Allows you to submit a request to another Members 1st Online user/member to establish the ability to transfer funds to that user/member.
Create email alerts to help you manage your account. Email alerts will notify you when certain activity occurs on your account, such as when you have an ATM transaction or your balance drops below a certain amount.
This service allows Members 1st Online users, with a checking account, to transfer funds between their Members 1st account and an account at another financial institution.
Foreign Currency Purchase & ExchangeTOP OF PAGE
Purchasing foreign currency online provides a host of benefits to international travelers through our partnership with eZforex.com. This service helps avoid overseas credit card surcharges, allows you to view today’s exchange rates and offers over 125 foreign currencies.
We now offer the ability to “bank” by cell phone with Mobile Banking. All you need is a cell phone and the ability to connect to the Internet. We offer two Mobile Banking solutions for you to use. Usage charges are based on your individual cell phone plans.
This section allows you to open an account with Members 1st Online. You may open any of the following shares:

- Supplemental Savings
- Money Management
- Health Savings Account*
- Share and IRA Certificates*
- Traditional and Roth IRA Savings*
*When selecting a Health Savings Account or any other IRA product, addtional paperwork will need to be completed
This easy-to-use section allows you to select, design, and reorder the checks of your choice without visiting the branch or sending a form in the mail.
Schedule a recurring transfer to occur between any of your accounts and/or loans.
View tax forms associated with your account, such as 1099-INT Interest Income form or 1098 Mortgage Interest Statement. You do not need to enroll in eStatements to view your tax forms.

Choose the account from which you would like to withdraw, and select your desired amount. The check will be mailed to your address on file.
Important Information Regarding Members 1st Online Passwords
For security purposes and to protect your identity, you may not set up a Members 1st Online password over the phone. We must have a paper application on file that contains your original signature for verification purposes. Electronic Services Applications may be obtained through Telebranch (Customer Service) or by visiting any branch location.
