No purchase necessary to enter.

(1) Qualified winners will be randomly selected from a pool of Members 1st Visa® Debit Card and Members 1st Visa Credit Card purchases and will receive one of the following randomly selected prizes: Vizio 32” LCD HDTV, Phillips 7” widescreen portable DVD player; Kodak EasyShare 6.2 MP digital camera, Apple iPod nano 4 GB Silver (3G), or a Jensen 3.5” touch-screen portable navigation system. (Four winners will be selected at the end of May 2008 and four winners will be selected at the end of June 2008.)

(2) The “Swipe & Win” sweepstakes begins May 1 at 12 a.m. ET and will run through June 30, 2008, 11:59 p.m. ET, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

(3) Qualifying purchases are those made with a Members 1st Visa Debit Card and Members 1st Visa Credit Card. Purchases may be PIN-based (i.e., type in your Personal Identification Number at a point-of-sale) or may be signature-based (i.e., you sign your sales receipt at a point-of-sale). All purchases must be posted within the sweepstakes cycle.

(4) Members 1st members can also enter the sweepstakes by mailing a handwritten postcard to: Visa Department/Swipe & Win, Members 1st Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 40, Mechanicsburg, PA  17055. Such individuals must provide their name; street address or P.O. Box, City, State, Zip Code, email and daytime and evening Telephone Number on a U.S. Postal Service approved postcard with appropriate postage. All postcard entries must be handwritten; all other entries will be disqualified. Postcards received within the contest period stated above will be recorded as an entry. All postcard entries have an equal chance of winning. Members 1st FCU is the owner of all entries.

(5) Cash advances and purchases related to illegal activity are not considered qualifying transactions. ATM cards, Members 1st Visa Business Credit Cards and Business Debit Cards are not included in the sweepstakes.

(6) Odds of winning are contingent upon the number of qualifying purchases that are received. (An increase in the number of purchases conducted by a cardholder may increase chances to win.)

(7) Potential winners will be notified by phone or e-mail and by first-class mail. The prize must be claimed within two weeks of notification or it will be considered forfeited.

(8) Winners must be a Members 1st Federal Credit Union member, 16 years of age, and have a Members 1st account that is in good standing.

(9) Winners are required to present valid identification and agree to publicity photograph(s).

(10) Winners will complete all required forms, including an Affidavit and Authorization, or will be disqualified.

(11) The randomly awarded prize must be accepted by the primary accountholder of our Visa Debit Card and/ or Visa Credit Card and may not be transferred to other persons.

(12) Taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

(13) Members 1st FCU is not responsible for any lost, delayed or incomplete entries. All decisions of Members 1st regarding this sweepstakes are final.

(14) Employees, agents and officials of Members 1st FCU are not eligible to enter.

(15) All information will be verified.

(16) This contest is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED by law and is only open to LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES (including the District of Columbia).
