Members 1st Federal Credit Union Poised To Expand Footprint With Pending Branch Spin-off In Williamsport

Members 1st Federal Credit Union has taken a significant step towards expanding its presence with the pending spin-off of a First Harvest Credit Union branch in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

This move marks the beginning of an exciting chapter for Members 1st, as it focuses on strategic growth initiatives to serve its growing membership base. The pending spin-off represents a natural progression of this vision, aiming to provide a convenient and reliable banking experience to individuals, businesses and thousands of existing members in Williamsport and the surrounding communities.

The spin-off is dependent on the Williamsport branch members voting in favor of the proposal on April 8, 2024. If the vote is successful, the First Harvest Credit Union branch in Williamsport will become a branch of Members 1st later this year, and all members of First Harvest Credit Union at that branch will become members of Members 1st at that time.
