As a component of Members 1st Online, we offer the convenience of paying your bills without your having to write a check. Our Bill Payer service works in conjunction with our Rewards Checking Account.

How Do I Sign Up For Bill Payer?

Existing members: If you currently use Members 1st Online, simply log in and go to the Bill Payer section. If you are not currently using Members 1st Online, you need to complete an Electronic Services Application.

Non-members: Establish your membership with us and complete an Electronic Services Application.

What Are The Features Of Bill Payer?

Bill Payer allows you to pre-schedule your bills, therefore they are paid in a timely fashion.You may schedule payments ahead of your due date or you can request same day payments providing they are scheduled before 11 a.m. that same day.

Is There A Monthly Fee?

Bill payer is free for all Gold, Silver, Platinum and Titanium Member Loyalty Reward level members. If you do not meet a qualifying reward level, monthly fees are:

  • $3.95 for up to 8 bill payments per month and each bill over the 8 is $0.35 each


Monthly fees are automatically deducted from your Rewards Checking Account. Fees are automatically deducted whether you use the service monthly or not.

How Are My Payments Withdrawn From My Account?

Currently, our bill payer system may make your payments either electronically by transferring the payment directly to your payee or they may be made by a bill payment check that we print on your behalf and send to your payee. Electronic payments will be withdrawn from your account at either 4 a.m. and/or 11 a.m. Check payments will be withdrawn from your account when the check clears your account.

Will I Pay Any Other Fees?

Be advised that our non-sufficient funds and courtesy fees will apply if there are not enough funds available to cover your electronic bill payments.
