Our VISA® Debit Card is the perfect companion to our Checking Account. For every qualified non-ATM signature based transaction, we'll pay you 5-cents every time you use your card. How old do I have to be to have a checking account?

You may have a checking account at age 13 providing a parent or guardian is on your account. At age 18, you may have an account on your own.

How do I order checks?

If you have ordered checks previously, please login to online banking and select the “Services” tab, then click the “Order Now” box. Follow the prompts to order your checks for the account chosen.

If you have never ordered checks before on your checking account, please contact TeleBranch (Customer Service) at 1-800-283-2328 ext. 6049 or visit your local branch.

What are Overdraft Protection, Courtesy Pay & Extra Courtesy Pay?

Overdraft Protection is a fee-free service that allows funds to automatically be transferred from other Members 1st products to cover any overdrafts in your checking account.

Courtesy Pay is an additional service that can help you avoid the embarrassment and inconvenience of returned items. The types of transactions covered by Courtesy Pay are: Check, ACH debit, bill pay and recurring debit transactions.

Extra Courtesy Pay for ATM and debit card purchases, you must request for us to cover and pay those items.
