Online Banking Disclosure Agreement
The terms and conditions presented herein cover additional responsibilities for services offered by Members 1st Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”) as they pertain to the collective features and functionality which comprise Members 1st Secure Internet Home Banking and Mobile Banking Service environments (“Members 1st Online Services”).
Members 1st Online Services are a collection of electronic internet based services. Therefore, you understand this Agreement will be entered into electronically. You further understand you are consenting to the electronic delivery of all disclosures and other information required by law related to the use of Members 1st Online Services.
Your use of Members 1st Online Services are subject to all applicable laws and regulations and the terms and conditions of Members 1st FCU’s Fee Schedule, Funds Availability Policy, and Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement as described and periodically updated in the Membership and Account Agreement and Initial Consumer Disclosure.
Members 1st reserves the right to restrict or deny access to Members 1st Online Services to accounts that do not meet criteria established by the credit union. Such criteria include but are not limited to, dormant accounts, restricted accounts, and accounts with bad addresses.
By using any Members 1st Online Services you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The terms contained herein are in addition to the terms of any account agreements you have with the Credit Union.
Access to accounts through Members 1st Online Services is available to all authorized individuals on the account. Authorized individuals are account level owners/individuals including primary owner, joint owners, authorized signers, custodians, trustees, responsible individuals, and representative payees. As an authorized individual on the account you are responsible to create, maintain and hold secret your personal access credentials including User ID, Password, and other information as required for identity authentication to uniquely identify you in accordance with Members 1st requirements.
Your accounts and additional services can be accessed through Members 1st Online Services via personal computer, mobile device with Internet access and browser, or through the use of Members 1st published mobile applications. With the exception of maintenance periods and unplanned outages Members 1st Online services will be available for your convenience twenty-four (24) hours per day.
Members 1st Online services have been structured upon industry-standard security, encryption and other state-of-the-art methodologies to ensure account security, privacy, and confidence in use. You are responsible for ensuring adequate protection of your personal computer(s) or mobile device(s) through the use of commercially available security software. You are responsible to keep your software up to date including but not limited to anti-virus, anti-malware and firewall protection software.
