When you invest with us, we return the favor. Through our Membership Loyalty Rewards Program, we're able to offer fewer fees, great rates, and free services based on your relationship with Members 1st.
Do you use three or more services from Members 1st—for example, a savings account, a loan, and a Visa® card? If so, you can take advantage of special member benefits based on the combined balance of all your accounts, investments and loans (excluding first-time mortgages or purchased loans).

Where can I find my reward level?
Your current Member Loyalty Reward level is located on the first page of your account statement under your address information. You can also find your reward level on the MY PROFILE page when you log in to digital banking.
How can I move up to the next reward level?
To increase your rewards level, you need to increase your total balance.* We evaluate rewards levels for all members on a monthly basis, and your level may change based on your qualifying products and balances at the end of each month.
Do these benefits work for families?
You and your family members who live at the same address can agree to form an Authorized Family Group. Forming a group does not affect account access or ownership - it just means that everyone's balances are added together to make the rewards more beneficial to all.
