Free overdraft protection
It's easy to make sure you're never charged overdraft fees with our free overdraft protection—simply link your debit card checking account to a savings or your money market.
Absolutely! Ordering a new debit card is easy to do online. Or, if you want your new card right away, stop by any branch and we'll issue you a new card immediately.
The easiest way to change your PIN is to visit your nearest branch location. If you have your current PIN mailer, you may change your PIN at any Members 1st ATM. We are currently unable to change your PIN over the phone. If you are unable to get to a branch, we can reorder a PIN mailer for you and send it to your address on file.
Use online banking or our mobile app to set up card controls. We offer card controls where you can lock your card in real time in the event your card is lost or stolen. You can also set up alerts pertaining to transactions and merchants to help you monitor spending.
