How do I order a new debit card?
Ordering a new debit card is easy to do. Simply stop by any branch and we'll issue you a new card immediately.
How do I change my PIN?
When you activate your debit card, you will be prompted to change your PIN. When selecting your PIN, please know that this PIN can be the same PIN that you previously had, or you can change it to something else.
What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
Use online banking or our mobile app to set up card controls. We offer card controls where you can lock your card in real time in the event your card is lost or stolen. You can also set up alerts pertaining to transactions and merchants to help you monitor spending.
When I swipe my card, should I select debit or credit?
Good question! This is really up to you, but by choosing “credit” when you pay, you add an extra layer of safety to every purchase. Also known as zero liability protection, this simple step automatically protects you from incorrect or double charges.
