Associates and immediate family members, volunteers and officials of Members 1st are not eligible. Bonus will be deposited into account as ‘dividends’ after 30 days. $5 is required to open account and must remain in account until closure. Account must remain open and in good standing for 30 days to receive bonus. Bonus will be reported to the IRS for income tax purposes. Members 1st will issue you a 1099 or other appropriate tax form.
