Associates participated in programs designed to support leaders at different stages of their careers: the Frontline Leadership Credentialing program for emerging leaders and the Applied Leadership Skills for Mid-Level Leadership program. Together, the programs provided participants with practical tools to strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, change management, employee engagement and other key leadership skills.
"At Members 1st, we believe developing our associates is one of the most important investments we can make," said Christy (Pavlakovich) Klinger, Chief Operating Officer at Members 1st Federal Credit Union.
