Members 1st Federal Credit Union Celebrates the People Behind the Mission

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is proud to announce that the credit union, associates and CEO have been recognized with prestigious awards in the first quarter of 2025. They were honored by the regional community and media partners for their dedication, innovation and excellence. 

The credit union was recognized for the following:   

  • Members 1st was named to Central Penn Business Journal’s In the Lead Best Legacy Businesses list. This distinction celebrates organizations with a proven success record and the ability to adapt to the evolving member needs, technological advancements and economic environments.
  • President & CEO, Michael Wilson was named to Central Penn Business Journal’s Power 100 List for the second year in a row, reflecting his leadership and commitment to our members, associates and community.
  • At the Leadership Cumberland Leaders & Legends Alumni Awards, Lisa Kramer, our Carlisle Crossings Branch Manager III, was honored with the Shining Service Award. Chinu Singh Heighes, our Valley Road Universal Branch Manager, was a finalist for the Denver Award. These awards highlight exceptional leadership, community impact and dedication to service. 
  • The Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce honored our Palmyra Branch Manager, Ashley Nahodil with the Emerging Leaders Award. This award shines a light on young professionals who demonstrate key leadership qualities like mentorship, continuous learning and team building.
  • The YWCA of Greater Harrisburg announced that Lynn Stickler, Vice President of Relationship Management, was named to the Class of 2025 for the 36th Annual Tribute to Women of Excellence. Lynn was one of 25 outstanding women in the Capital Region who received this honor.
