Members 1st Federal Credit Union Leaders Recognized As 2025 Women of Influence Honorees

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is proud to share that three of their exceptional leaders have been recognized by Central Penn Business Journal as 2025 Women of Influence honorees. 

Ashley Nahodil, Palmyra Branch Manager, and Lynn Stickler, Vice President of Relationship Management, have been named Women of Influence, while Chief Marketing Officer Karen Roland has earned the prestigious Circle of Excellence honor. 

Women of Influence focuses on celebrating women with outstanding leadership, professional success, commitment to their communities and mentorship. The Circle of Excellence award recognizes seasoned leaders who continue to make a lasting impact and inspire the next generation of women.

Honorees are chosen by a panel of judges made up of past Circle of Excellence recipients and Central Penn Business Journal editors. They will be celebrated at the Women of Influence event on June 25.
