Members 1st Federal Credit Union Welcomes Joseph Culos as Senior Vice President of Retail

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Joseph Culos has joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Retail. 

As Members 1st prepares for significant expansion across Pennsylvania, Culos brings decades of leadership experience in retail banking and branch operations. He most recently spent 10 years at First Commonwealth Bank, where he led a 750-person division overseeing 127 branches, two call centers, branch operations and corporate learning and development. Prior to that, he held progressive leadership roles during a 17-year career with TD Bank across the United States and Canada. 

In his new role, Culos will lead and support Members 1st’s retail and branch operations teams, helping guide the organization’s retail strategy as it enters new markets and continues to strengthen the member experience.
