ATM transactions count towards the monthly allowance and include withdrawals, transfers, and balance inquiries performed at foreign ATM machines. Deposits to a foreign ATM will not be counted towards the free monthly transaction allowance.

Common Questions

Your current Member Loyalty Reward level is located on the first page of your account statement under your address information. You can also find your reward level on the MY PROFILE page when you log in to digital banking. 

To increase your rewards level, you need to increase your total balance.* We evaluate rewards levels for all members on a monthly basis, and your level may change based on your qualifying products and balances at the end of each month.

You and your family members who live at the same address can agree to form an Authorized Family Group. Forming a group does not affect account access or ownership - it just means that everyone's balances are added together to make the rewards more beneficial to all.
