Yes. Members can use this service at no cost. There is a cost for business accounts at $0.80 per transaction. 

Yes, it is available to Members 1st consumer and business checking accounts. 

Our non-sufficient funds and Courtesy Pay fee will apply if there are not sufficient funds available to cover your electronic bill payments.
