In need of repairs? Get up to 20% on any repairs made to a licensed repair facility. The maximum reimbursement is $500 for each repair payment with an annual limit of $1,000.

Please contact Assurance Plus Customer Service at 844-666-0474 or fill out this form.

You will need your Benefit Identification Number to file a claim. Please contact the Claims Administrator between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday at 877-296-4892. The Administrator will mail you a claim form to be completed and returned with the required documentation listed in the letter. Claims must be filed within 90 days of the day that the loss occurred. 

Traditional auto insurance only covers so much when vehicle accidents or mishaps happen. The Auto Protection Plan provides you with additional coverage and benefits on items like deductible reimbursement, roadside assistance and one-on-one contact with an expert auto technician. This type of plan is not auto insurance or legally required to drive a vehicle.
