Good news for that leaky dish washer and broken TV! Get financial help for the appliance and electronic repairs you need with a 50% reimbursement on any payments made to a licensed repair facility.

Window Coverage

Did a golf ball or baseball crash through a window? Don't sweat it! You'll be covered up to $200 to replace the broken window with a limit of two claims per year.

Emergency Travel Reimbursement

If your home becomes uninhabitable due to a break-in, fire, flood or mandatory evacuation, you're travel and lodging expenses will be reimbursed up to $1,000 per claim.

Home Deductible Reimbursement (HDR)

This deductible reimbursement benefit pays up to $500 per loss, two times per year, when a loss is filed and paid with the primary home insurance carrier.

Home Lockout Reimbursement

Locked out? Get back in your house and reimbursed up to $100 for any payments made to a licensed locksmith. This benefit is limited to two lockouts per twelve month period.

Please contact Assurance Plus Customer Service at 844-666-0474 or fill out this form.

You will need your Benefit Identification Number to file a claim. Please contact the Claims Administrator between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday at 877-296-4892. The Administrator will mail you a claim form to be completed and returned with the required documentation listed in the letter. All claims must be filed within 90 days of the date that the loss occurred.

Traditional home insurance only covers so much when unexpected home expenses happen. The Home Protection Plan provides you with additional coverage and benefits on items like deductible reimbursement, emergency travel assistance and  financial help with appliance and electronic repairs. This type of plan is not home insurance and is not required for homeowners.
