Members 1st Associates Complete Leadership Development Programs Through Partnership with Shippensburg University

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is celebrating the first cohort of associates to successfully complete a leadership development program offered in partnership with Shippensburg University. 

Associates participated in programs designed to support leaders at different stages of their careers: the Frontline Leadership Credentialing program for emerging leaders and the Applied Leadership Skills for Mid-Level Leadership program. Together, the programs provided participants with practical tools to strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, change management, employee engagement and other key leadership skills.

"Watching our associates grow more confident, develop new skills and prepare for future leadership opportunities has been incredibly rewarding. We're grateful to Shippensburg University for partnering with us to provide these meaningful learning experiences and help our associates continue building successful careers."
