Enter for a chance to win A VIP POCONO RACEWAY NASCAR WEEKEND EXPERIENCE. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin on April 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. eastern time and end on April 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. eastern time ("Entry Period").

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Members First Federal Credit Union ("Sponsor").

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s ("Entrant's") full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice or other identifying information including any photographs or video of the winner produced in connection with the Sweepstakes in connection with Sponsor’s promotion of the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open and offered only to entrants 18 years or older as of April 1, 2026, who reside in Pennsylvania or Maryland. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (including parents, children - whether stepchildren or adoptive children or biological children - siblings, spouses and in-laws), and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter:

(a) Entry Method #1: Entrants must first register for the Sweepstakes by visiting members1st.org/racing and following all registration instructions to complete and submit the online registration form, including, but not limited to, their full name, email address, mailing address and phone number associated with their Members 1st Federal Credit Union account. You only need to submit a Registration once. Additional attempts to submit a Registration will not result in additional entries. Registrations must be received between 12:00 a.m. eastern time on April 1, 2026, and 11:59 p.m. eastern time on April 30, 2026. After submitting a Registration, entrants will automatically receive sweepstakes entries for the following actions: Applying and being approved for a Members 1st Visa Signature® Rewards, Visa Platinum® Rewards or Visa Platinum® Low Rate Credit Card by April 30, 2026. Completing a transaction of $75.00 or more on a Members 1st Visa Signature® Rewards, Visa Platinum® Rewards or Visa Platinum® Low Rate Credit Card from April 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026. There is a maximum limit of 10 Entries per Entrant.

(b) Entry Method #2: Free, Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) / Mail-in Entry. Entrants who wish to enter without purchase, or by applying for a credit card, may enter by mail as described below. Entrants may submit an entry by clearly hand-printing their name, complete mailing address, email address and phone number on a sheet of paper and mailing that sheet of paper in an addressed envelope with proper postage to the following address to receive 10 entries: Members 1st Federal Credit Union, 5000 Marketplace Way, Enola, PA 17025 ATTN: Marketing Department. There is a limit of one (1) mailed request to receive 10 Mail-In Entries per Entrant. Additional mailed requests for Mail-In Entries from a particular Entrant will be disqualified. All Mailed-In Entries must be postmarked between April 1, 2026, and April 30, 2026, and received by May 8, 2026. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left-hand corner that matches the Entrant’s mailing address. Photocopied, illegible or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible.

Members 1st Visa Platinum® Secured Credit Card applications and transactions are excluded from the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received during the Entry Period. Incomplete entries, or those containing incorrect information, will be void. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all such entries as well as the Entrant. All entries become the property of Sponsor and may not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries.

Prizes & Odds of Winning: One winner will be chosen to win a prize consisting of four 300-level grandstand tickets for the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Race on Saturday, June 13, 2026, four 300-level grandstand tickets for the NASCAR Cup Series Race on Sunday, June 14, 2026, four NASCAR Garage and Pit Passes, two-night stay for four guests at nearby hotel (hotel selection is at the discretion of Sponsor), and one $500 Visa® gift card, all collectively valued at approximately $3,700. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the aforementioned prize is not available. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Selection and Notification of Winners: One winner will be chosen by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The drawing for the prizes will be completed on or about May 13, 2026. The Sponsor will notify the winner via phone or email by May 15, 2026. Winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification to confirm receipt of notification of winning, provide proof of identification, sign (including by DocuSign if used by Sponsor) any affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, tax documents and appearance release that may be required by Sponsor in connection with the awarding of the prize and accept prize, or the Sponsor will select an alternate winner. In the event of noncompliance with the Official Rules, if a potential winner cannot be reached through phone or email, if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, or if the selected winner cannot attend on Saturday, June 13, 2026, and Sunday, June 14, 2026, an alternate winner will be selected. The selected winner is prohibited from accepting the prize and reselling the tickets for profit.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively the "Released Parties") shall not be responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any Entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, service providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in entries, selection announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this promotion. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Other Terms & Conditions: CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an individual who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the phone number or email account associated with the entry or through which the entry was submitted. "Authorized account holder" shall be defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email account or phone number by the respective service provider. The selected winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, action of entrants, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, if the Sweepstakes is modified, terminated or suspended, at Sponsor's discretion, select winners from those eligible, non-suspect entries. Winners further acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Sweepstakes or any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Use of Data: Sponsor will collect personal data about entrants including e-mail addresses associated with entries in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing your e-mail address, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your name in any list of winners (if applicable) and for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
