Official Rules

Enter for a chance to win four tickets to the Assigned Concert corresponding to the Entry Period date at the Hollywood Casino in Grantville, PA. To enter the giveaway, entrants must comment on Members 1st social media post, posted during the Entry Period To receive the tickets the winner must electronically fill out and sign the following documents: an Affidavit, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, Indemnity Agreement and fulfill the Giveaway requirements listed below. Winners will receive a direct message from Members 1st FCU requesting them to call (717) 795-5162 or email marketingpr@members1st.org. Winners will have 48 hours to claim their tickets, if no contact is made a new winner will be chosen.

Giveaway Requirements

1. No purchase is necessary to win.
2. The Giveaway is open to entrants 21 years or older, who reside in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
3. The Giveaway will end at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Drawing Date corresponding to the Entry Period date. Participation in this Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Enter to win four (4) tickets to the Assigned Concert corresponding to the applicable Drawing Date for which the winner will be randomly selected by commenting on the Entry Period social media post.
5. A random drawing will choose one winner on the Drawing Date for each Entry Period.
6. One (1) entry per person.
7. Once selected, Members 1st will notify each winner by via direct message on Facebook.
8. The winner(s) must provide valid identification, which includes a valid photo ID, and meet all the Giveaway requirements.
9. The odds of winning are contingent upon the number of entrants.
10. The winner(s) must fill out the DocuSign documents within 24 hours of receiving the email containing a link to the DocuSign documents. These documents include the Affidavit, Release, and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement form and must be completed to receive the prize package or will be disqualification will result.
11. If a winner cannot be reached through direct message on Facebook within 48 hours of being contacted, or if the potential winner cannot fulfill all requirements set forth herein, the potential winner forfeits the prize package. Another winner will be chosen at random from the entries received.
12. The winner is solely responsible for paying applicable taxes on that amount. If you have any questions, please seek the advice of a qualified tax professional.
13. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations—Giveaway void where prohibited by law.
14. All decisions of Members 1st regarding the Giveaway are final.
15. Members 1st may change the terms and conditions of or cancel or suspend this Giveaway without prior notice.
16. The winner(s) of the Giveaway agree to publicity photograph(s) and allows Members 1st to share the photos and/or links they share with us in their comment submissions. These may be posted on social media channels and/or promotional materials without further compensation, where permitted by law.
17. Associates, agents, and officials of Members 1st and immediate family members of any of these are not eligible to enter.
18. Members 1st will verify all information and transactions.
19. Facebook™, X ™, Instagram™ or LinkedIn™ are neither sponsors nor partners in this grand prize Giveaway.
20. By entering, the winner releases Facebook™, X ™, Instagram™ or LinkedIn™ of any liability and agrees to Facebook™ Terms of Use.
21. Once the winner is reached, fills out all required forms and documents and accepts the prize package, a follow-up post on Facebook™, X™, Instagram™ and LinkedIn™ will be scheduled to notify everyone of the winners.
22. Bonus will be reported to the IRS for income tax purposes. M1st will issue you a 1099 or other appropriate tax form.
23. The Giveaway tickets that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are non-transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.
